Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose & Scope

This policy defines acceptable use of digital devices and online platforms by pupils, parents, and staff during Tiny Thinkers UK activities.

Technology Responsibilities

Parents must ensure a working device, stable internet, and appropriate supervision. Pupils should use platforms only for school activities.

Behaviour Expectations

Children and parents must act respectfully during sessions. Disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from class.

Prohibited Actions

Recording, photographing, or sharing class sessions is strictly prohibited. Do not distribute meeting links or login details externally.

Supervision & Conduct

An adult should remain within earshot during lessons. Teachers maintain virtual waiting-room controls and can remove participants who breach conduct rules.

Data & Privacy

We use secure platforms (Google Workspace and Seesaw) under UK GDPR compliance. Data is never sold or shared beyond educational use.

Disclaimer

Tiny Thinkers UK is not responsible for home Wi-Fi issues, device failure, or unauthorised sharing of access links outside its secure systems. Parents retain responsibility for ensuring their child’s safe online presence.
